Shop Policy

Welcome to the Clueless Parents Club Store (“Store”). We’re thrilled (and slightly nervous) that you’re buying something we created between diaper changes and snack negotiations. Below is the not-so-fun-but-very-important fine print.

1. Ordering and Payment

  • All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change without notice.

  • Payments are securely processed through our e-commerce partners (like Squarespace and Printful). We don’t store or have access to your credit card information.

  • Once you place an order, you’ll receive a confirmation email. If you don’t see it, check your spam folder.

2. Fulfillment and Shipping

  • We use print-on-demand partners (like Printful) to produce and ship items—this means each order is made just for you.

  • Processing time is usually 2–7 business days, plus shipping time depending on your location.

  • Shipping costs and times are calculated at checkout.

  • Occasionally, shipping delays happen (we blame weather, holidays, and global toddler tantrums). We’ll do our best to keep you updated if that occurs.

3. Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations

Because all items are made to order, we typically can’t accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations unless:

  • The product arrives damaged or defective, or

  • You received the wrong item.

If that happens:
✉️ Email us within 7 days of delivery at support@cluelessparentsclub.com with your order number and photos. We’ll work with you and our print partner to make it right.

Please note:

  • We can’t offer refunds for buyer’s remorse, size/color selection, or incorrect addresses.

  • Once production starts, cancellations aren’t possible.

4. Product Care and Quality

We do our best to make sure products are soft, comfy, and parent-proof. That said, print-on-demand products may have slight variations in color, placement, or texture—that’s normal. Follow care instructions on the label.

5. Sales, Discounts, and Promotions

  • Discounts can’t be combined unless explicitly stated.

  • Promotions may change or end at any time.

  • Free shipping offers (if any) apply only to U.S. domestic orders above the posted threshold.
